I have an idea for you...

Ability to attach files to a contact/customer

if you have a word document or pdf that relates to a customer you might want to quickly find this under the customers details.

You can attach files to events on contact's timeline. If you want to "stick" it on top of the timeline, use a far out date, i.e. 2025 and it will always be on top of the timeline.

Note that you can attach multiple files to events, so in this sence events can serve as folders.

We are of the opinion that this is adequate for now. It serves the puprose without cluttering the interface with duplicate functionality. We don't want another salesforce, do we?

I'm out of votes, but I think it's really important to be able to attach files. Especially, without a full sales tracking, at least we'd be able to attach our docs in the mean time.
